About Small Business Advice Week
Practical advice for the people running small firms, every September since 2004.
Small Business Advice Week runs every September. It started in 2004 with one aim: to get good, practical advice to the people running small firms, at a time of year when they are planning for the busy months ahead.
How it works
Each year we work with a small number of partners who know a part of business life well, whether that is banking, accounting, logistics or technology. They bring the expertise and the research. We bring the platform and the media.
In the weeks before the week, our partners’ spokespeople are booked for interviews on radio stations across the UK. Their findings go to news desks, and their advice is published here for anyone to use, free.
What it isn’t
The week does not sell anything to small businesses. Partners are named on everything they lead, so readers and listeners always know who is talking.
Who runs it
Small Business Advice Week is run by Digital Alchemy FZ-LLC, which owns and manages a portfolio of awareness campaigns. Its media work is delivered with Relations Group, the UK broadcast PR agency behind the week’s radio and TV coverage since it began.
